Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that you provide a secure shipping address to receive your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the event that your item is damaged, defective, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at support@kophire.com. To expedite the process, include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the item.

Inspection and Contact Period

Customers have 2 days after the delivery date to inspect their package and contact us regarding any issues with their order. If there are any concerns, please reach out to us within this timeframe. After 2 days of the delivery date, we are no longer able to resolve any issues regarding your order.
